I've been helping people overcome pain and injury-proof themselves for the past 8 years. It all started with overcoming my own chronic low back pain, degenerative patella tendinopathy and meniscus injuries in my knee. I love helping people improve, no matter if you want to climb Mount Everest or just be able to dig holes in their backyard without pain holding you back. I want to maximise your life without knee pain holding you back!
