Clinical Assistant & Patient Experience Lead Caitlyn is the friendly face (and voice) behind Top End Health Project - the steady hand that keeps everything running smoothly.
With a background in healthcare administration and a genuine passion for helping people feel supported, Caitlyn is the engine behind the experience! From managing bookings and navigating paperwork to making sure every client feels seen, heard, and valued - she brings order, empathy, and a personal touch to everything she does. Her attention to detail and calm, caring nature make the entire recovery process feel more human - because at Top End Health Project it’s not just about getting stronger; it’s about feeling looked after along the way. When she’s not juggling schedules or brightening someone’s day you’ll find Caitlyn enjoying climbing, hanging out with her baby Ruby or enjoying a good book and a strong coffee.


Lachlan Limit
Client Success Coach
As Client Success Coach, Lachlan works closely with everyday athletes to help them overcome muscle and tendon pain and return to confident training and competition.
His role sits at the intersection of performance, communication, and outcomes, making sure each client feels supported, informed, and clear on their path forward from day one.
From first conversations through to long-term follow-up, Lachlan helps translate each person's goals into practical next steps, keeps communication tight between the team and client, and ensures momentum is maintained throughout the rehab journey.
