During this 1:1 session, we'll map out a clear strategy based on your current movement patterns, daily demands, exercise preferences, and future goals to help you rebuild strength, improve function, and reduce pain naturally. This call sets the foundation for a fully personalised movement and strength plan designed to fit into your busy life.

Specialised Recovery Program

Based off the initial assessment, we'll create an exercise rehabilitation program specialised to you and your lifestyle. We'll then audit your program on a monthly basis to ensure you are moving better and better each week whilst balancing your busy lifestyle. You'll get daily access to rehabilitation & exercise experts for any questions via our training app.
